Please note we need at least 48 hours to review and process new client registration & vaccines. Pet parents should wait for an email or text from The Teacher's Paws confirming we are ready to schedule your dog(s) for their new-dog evaluation.

Pay for your Dog's Evaluation ($20/dog): VIA VENMO @James-Beall-13.
For any pet to begin boarding overnight or attending doggie day care, clients must first complete a new-dog evaluation. If you are interested in participating in our kennel services, your dog must first be observed and evaluated to best understand his temperament and individual needs. Pet parents can schedule this evaluation by clicking on the link above and then scrolling to the New-Dog Evaluation booking at the bottom of page. On the day of evaluation, you should plan for your dog to spend the entire day in day care. Check in is 7:30am-9:30am (8ish drop off is best). You should plan to pick up your dog between 4:00pm-6:00pm. The cost of the new-dog evaluation is $20.00 per dog Mon-Friday. New dog evaluations are $30.00 per dog on Saturdays.

Book a Play Day or Board
Day care
Our day care is the happiest doggie spot around the area. We assess each pet prior to accepting them for day care/day-play to be sure they are placed within the right group to benefit them most during their time with us.
Check-in: Mon-Fri, 7:30-9:30 am. Check-out: from 4-6:00 pm.
Day care: $15/day or $60/week;
*Multi-dog discounts apply.
Saturday day-play is $25.00 per dog.
Boarding
We understand how difficult it can be for pets and parents to be separated from one another. Our staff takes extra care to provide love and attention to your fur-baby when you have to be apart.
Boarding: $25/day per dog (or for first dog if multi-pet family).
8 + nights and multi-pet families qualify for discounts.
Check in: 7:30am-9:30am or 4:00pm-6:00pm.
Check out: 7:30am - 10 am or 4-6pm Monday-Saturday.
*Sundays: Check-in / check-out is 4-6 pm only (no am window).
Please note a PM check out will incur an additional day-play fee.

Training
Donna Buie Beall is a Canine Obedience Trainer. She has years of experience training Shetland Sheepdogs for therapy dogs and has volunteered with and been certified through Therapy Dogs International from 2005 - 2016. As one of the owners of The Teacher's Paws, she offers group and private training.
